Frequently asked questions

Is this quiz legal advice?

No. The quiz and every page on this site provide general information about Ontario personal injury law only. They are not legal advice, and using them does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Speak to a licensed Ontario lawyer about your situation.

What does the quiz actually measure?

It scores your answers across three axes lawyers consider: how clear liability (fault) is, how significant the damages are, and whether timing/deadline risk is working against you. It tells you whether your situation has the markers lawyers look for — never whether you will win a case.

Is the quiz only for Ontario?

Yes. The current quiz and all content are Ontario-specific. Personal injury rules, deadlines, and insurance systems differ by province and country.

What happens when I submit the lead form?

Your details are emailed to the NorthPeak Estimates team at northpeakestimates@proton.me so we can arrange a free case review for you. We do not sell your information. This is an initial introduction, not a lawyer–client relationship.

Does it cost anything?

No. The quiz and the case review request are free.
